Adjointe administrative - Qualit et Pratique professionnelle Aperu du poste LES DFIS QUI VOUS ATTENDENT : Nous recherchons un(e) adjoint(e) administratif(ve) dont la polyvalence et la capacit tablir des priorits et sorganiser nont dgal que son approche client et son professionnalisme exemplaire. CONCRTEMENT, ON SATTEND CE QUE VOUS: Exerciez un rle cl dans le soutien la Cheffe de la direction des soins infirmiers et Vice-prsidente de la pratique professionnelle et de la qualit. Ladjoint(e) administratif fournit un soutien administratif efficace, proactif et confidentiel la vice-prsidente et aux membres de son quipe incluant le dpartement de la qualit et de la gestion du risque. Ladjoint(e) administratif sert de point de contact avec lquipe de direction largie et dautres parties prenantes cls. Il gre les flux dinformations de manire opportune et prcise et soutient la vice-prsidente dans des tches telles que la gestion, la rvision, la priorisation et la rponse aux courriels, la rponse et le retour des appels tlphoniques, lorganisation des documents, la tenue des dossiers, la prise de notes lors des runions et toute autre tche administrative requise. De plus, il est le point de contact pour les relations avec les patients. Le titulaire du poste travaillera dans le respect de la mission, de la vision et des valeurs de HGH. Ladjoint(e) administratif doit faire preuve dun degr lev dindpendance et dautonomie dans de nombreux aspects quotidiens de sa fonction. Il doit galement faire preuve dune grande discrtion et dun grand professionnalisme. SPECIFICALLY, YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO: Play a key role in supporting the Chief Nursing Officer and Vice President of Professional Practice and Quality. The Administrative Assistant provides effective, proactive, and confidential administrative support to the Vice President and members of her team, including the Quality and Risk Management Department. The Administrative Assistant acts as a point of contact with the extended executive team and other key stakeholders. The incumbent manages information flows in a timely and accurate manner and supports the VP with tasks such as scheduling; reviewing, prioritizing, and responding to emails; answering and returning phone calls; organizing documents; maintaining records; taking notes of meetings and any other administrative tasks as may be required. The Administrative Assistant is also the Patient Relations Delegate. The incumbent will operate in a manner consistent with HGHs mission, vision and values. The Administrative Assistant must function with a high degree of independence and autonomy in many day-to-day aspects of the role. The incumbent must also demonstrate a high degree of discretion and professionalism. PERMANENT FULL-TIME POSITION, Non-Union Occasional teleworking opportunities * Language and skills tests using Microsoft software will be administered to successful candidates What we are looking for TO NAVIGATE WELL IN YOUR ROLE, YOU NEED TO POSSESS VARIOUS QUALITIES AND COMPETENCIES SUCH AS: - College Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent - 5 years of similar senior administrative experience - Excellent oral and written skills in both official languages (French and English) - Demonstrate listening skills and empathy in patient relations - Knowledge of Office Management Concepts - Possesses advanced computer skills in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications - A commitment to confidentiality and accuracy - Demonstrates professional behaviour and maintains an appropriate image throughout the hospital - Possesses excellent organizational skills - Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities - Maintains excellent interpersonal relationship and communication skills (oral and written) - Fosters collaboration in an interdisciplinary team setting - Demonstrates the ability to anticipate needs and maintains a pro-actively and can-do attitude.
