Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in London, ON, for an Early Childhood Educator. The Early Childhood Educator will design and implement developmentally appropriate learning activities, supervise and care for children, and foster social, emotional, and intellectual growth. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a safe and clean classroom environment, communicating effectively with parents and team members, and adhering to daycare policies and operational standards. Qualifications Strong foundation in Early Childhood Development and proven experience in Working With Children Excellent Interpersonal Skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members Creativity Skills to design engaging, educational, and age-appropriate activities Strong Organization Skills to manage classroom activities and maintain a safe environment Relevant certifications such as Early Childhood Education (ECE) diploma or equivalent qualification First Aid and CPR certification is required Proficiency in both English and French is an asset Patience, flexibility, and a passion for fostering childrens growth and development
