Strong communication, tool proficiency, and practical project delivery experience are essential. Required Skills & Experience:- Strong communication and stakeholder management across all levels. Handson expertise with Clarity, JIRA, MPP, and advanced Excel. Solid understanding of PMI methodologies; PMP is an asset but not mandatory. Experience in hybrid project management (must know both Agile and Waterfall). Ability to articulate real, practical project experiencenot theoretical knowledge. Preferred Background:- Experience in financial institutions (Banking or similar). Exposure to AML, Risk, Compliance, Regulatory, AI, Automation, Treasury, or Wealth projects. Proven ability to manage complex crossfunctional teams and competing priorities. PMP preferred but not mandatory Key Responsibilities:- Manage endtoend project delivery with strong stakeholder and executivelevel communication. Oversee planning, financials, risks, schedules, and governance across hybrid (Agile + Waterfall) projects. Use Clarity, JIRA, MS Project, and advanced Excel for reporting, forecasting, and tracking. Collaborate closely with Technology, Risk, Compliance, AML, Fraud, and business partners. Ensure alignment to PMO standards, regulatory expectations, and enterprise delivery practices.
