Kenmare Developments is looking for an experienced Multi-Family Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. This position will lead day-to-day operations on a multi-family development in Winnipeg. This role is ideal for someone who knows commercial construction and can keep projects organized, trades moving, and work completed safely and to a high standard. What Youll Do Run day-to-day operations of a multi-family construction site Coordinate trades and subcontractors Ensure work is done safely and according to drawings Maintain site schedules and keep work moving Track labour, materials, and progress on site Handle site instructions, RFIs, and clarifications when needed Maintain quality control and ensure work meets project standards Resolve issues as they arise What Were Looking For 5+ years experience in multi-family construction site supervision A strong track record of non-combustible (concrete, hollow core, and masonry) builds Strong understanding of construction drawings and site coordination Ability to manage multiple trades on a busy job site Good communication and problem-solving skills Valid Class 5 drivers licence Working Conditions Site-based work in Winnipeg Shifts typically start at 7:00 AM, with 810 hour days Work outdoors in all weather conditions Must be comfortable walking job sites, climbing stairs, lifting materials, and working around active construction Why Work at Kenmare Join a growing, local company Be part of a team that values keeping promises, showing respect, working together, building unity, and making a difference Competitive pay and benefits
