Company Description Kenex Coatings office manager. MUST HAVE BOOK KEEPING EXPERIENCE! Looking for an immediate hire for an in office position. We require a well organized office manager. Must be proficient in: Billing Collections Well organized Able to prioritize Quick books or equivalent Issuing POs Good customer service Must have license MUST BE ABLE TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS Role Description This is a full-time Office Management position at Kenex Coatings. The role requires the ability to perform various administrative tasks, such as scheduling, travel booking, expense management, and handling correspondence and phone calls, among others. Additionally, this is on-site work in Mississauga, ON. 7110 Torbram Rd Qualifications 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, office manager or a similar role Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a service-oriented attitude towards colleagues and external partners Degree or diploma in a relevant field is an asset WELL ORGANIZED ENVIRONMENT: This position is largely solitary.
