Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-orientedClinical Research Coordinatorto join our team on afull-time basis. This is a permanent position, offering opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating and executing clinical trials focused on, but not limited to, the following conditions: Atopic Dermatitis Psoriasis Vitiligo Hidradenitis Suppurativa Urticaria Alopecia Prurigo Nodularis Other dermatological diseases Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support clinical studies in compliance with organizational policies, Health Canada, FDA regulations, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines Collaborate closely with dermatologists, immunologists, investigators, and research staff throughout all study phasesfrom start-up to close-out Execute all aspects of study visits, including patient interactions, data collection, and documentation, under the direction of the Principal Investigator Communicate proactively and professionally with patients, family physicians, sponsors, and internal/external research stakeholders Manage and coordinate patient visit schedules and study timelines Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote study awareness and patient recruitment Assist with the onboarding and training of new research staff Assist with phlebotomy, ECG and vitals during patient visits Perform additional duties as required to support research operations Qualifications & Skills Diploma or degree in a health-related field; postgraduate education required Minimum one year of clinical research experience , preferably in Health Canadaregulated, industry-sponsored clinical trials Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Effective time management skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) Previous phlebotomy experience is an asset Experience with electronic clinical trial systems (CTMS) and electronic medical records (EMR) preferred Background or experience in Dermatology, Immunology, or Allergy is considered an asset Positive, adaptable approach to change, with a willingness to learn and stay current with developments in clinical research and drug development Job Details Job Type: Permanent Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m. Salary Range: CA$28.00-CA$35.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Benefits Extended Health Care (prescription drugs, hospital expenses, medical services and equipment, paramedical services) Dental Care Vision Care Paid Sick Leave Long-Term Disability Insurance Critical Illness Insurance Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance Additional Information References will be requested.
