Glass Ratners Executive Search practice is partnering with Arcelor Mittal Tailored Blanks (AMTB), a leading maker of advanced laser-welded blanks and tailored shaped blanks for the automotive industry, in the search for their Vice President of Operations to lead the organizations Manufacturing Center of Excellence. The VP of Operations will design, govern and continuously improve the companys manufacturing operating system across a multi-plant automotive manufacturing network. This role defines how the network operates, establishing standards, performance frameworks, and governance required to deliver consistent results, enable scalability, and support long-term growth. The position is a critical enabler of long-term growth, margin expansion, and leadership development, and will partner closely with Advanced Manufacturing, Materials, Strategy, Digital & IT, Quality, and Finance to ensure manufacturing performance is predictable, transparent, cost-effective, and scalable as the organization grows.
