Role Overview We are currently seeking a full-time Sales Associate to join our on-site team in Mississauga, ON on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who is confident in building relationships, guiding prospective students, and driving successful enrollments. This position blends sales, client consultation, and student support , with a strong focus on helping clients choose the right programs while consistently achieving performance targets. Key Responsibilities Conduct consultations with prospective students to understand their goals and recommend suitable academic or career programs Guide clients through the application and enrollment process with a professional and supportive approach Generate new leads while effectively managing company-provided prospects Maintain timely and consistent follow-up with prospective clients Contribute to marketing and outreach efforts, including promotional campaigns and social media content creation Build trust and long-term rapport with clients while driving enrollment results Maintain a positive, professional, and collaborative office environment Qualifications Minimum 2 years of hands-on sales experience Strong track record in direct sales , client conversion, and target-based performance Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Strong command of American English accent and spoken communication Confidence in front of the camera and willingness to appear in social media video content Professional presentation and adherence to a strict formal dress code Preferred Qualifications Experience in education consulting, admissions, enrollment advising, or related fields is a strong asset Fluency in additional languages is highly valued, especially: Punjabi Urdu Arabic Gujarati Tamil Important Note This role is strictly for candidates with real sales experience . Please note that general customer service or retail experience alone will not be considered equivalent to sales experience. Profiles with experience limited to retail or store-based customer service environments may not be shortlisted unless they also demonstrate strong, measurable sales experience.
