About the Role Were looking for a Project Manager to join our Communication Design team, helping bring ideas to life through thoughtful, well-managed delivery. Youll lead a portfolio of projects of varying scale and complexity, guiding them from initial brief through to completion, while collaborating closely with designers, project leads, and clients. Beyond delivery, youll help evolve our practice by strengthening team processes, tools, and templates. What Youll Do Lead and manage a range of internal and client projects from kickoff through delivery, while ensuring projects stay aligned with timelines and budgets Act as a key client contact, building strong client relationships and guiding projects through brief, scope, and execution Develop project scopes, fee proposals, schedules, and manage project financials including budgeting, invoicing, and regular updates to leadership Coordinate and support design teams by providing clear direction, assets, and day-to-day guidance Track project progress, proactively managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder communication Oversee studio workflow across projects through scheduling and resourcing, while shaping and improving systems, tools and ways of working Own project progress, managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder communication, reviewing work for quality, and navigating evolving priorities Support team growth through onboarding, mentorship, and regular check-ins with designers What Youll Bring A degree in a related field and/or proven experience managing design projects and multiple workstreams 4+ years experience in a similar role at a design/advertising agency, or in-house Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an asset An understanding of architectural project workflows and processes is an asset An outgoing, positive, and flexible nature.
