Role Description We are seeking a detailoriented Marketing & ECommerce Coordinator to support our digital marketing efforts, manage online sales channels, and maintain accurate sales data across our platforms. This handson role is ideal for someone who enjoys executing campaigns, updating websites, and keeping digital systems running smoothly. Responsibilities Support digital marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, social media, and PPC. Maintain and update company websites (Magento 2.0, WooCommerce, WordPress). Manage social media content and engagement across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X. Assist with Amazon Seller Central listings, promotions, and marketplace activities. Maintain CRM and sales data within our ERP system (Epicor/Prophet21). Create content for blogs, newsletters, and digital channels. Analyze campaign and website performance using Google Analytics. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on marketing and ecommerce initiatives. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 25 years of experience in digital marketing or ecommerce. Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Adobe, etc. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and digital marketing best practices. Experience with Magento, WooCommerce, or WordPress. Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects independently. Nice to Have Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Epicor/Prophet21 certifications. Experience with marketing automation tools. Basic HTML/CSS or graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
