Job Overview Join Rogers as an Outbound Business Sales Consultant and help existing SmallMedium Business customers upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services. You''ll engage clients through inbound and outbound calls, consult on their current packages, and uncover opportunities to upsell or crosssell additional services that drive more value.ResponsibilitiesEngage clients through inbound and outbound calls, consult on existing packages, and identify upsell/crosssell opportunities.Apply proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.Manage a structured sales process in a fastpaced environment.Navigate multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.QualificationsA minimum of 1 year of verifiable sales experience is required. General retail roles without commissionbased selling or performance targets are not considered qualifying sales experience.Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales) is considered a strong asset.Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.Must be living in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Qubec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.WorkRelated SkillsProficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.Demonstrated ability to manage a structured sales process in a fastpaced environment.Compensation & BenefitsBase pay + commission: Earn $61K$121K+ CAD per year, based on performance.Paid training: Get fully certified before you start.Flexible remote work: Create your own schedule between Monday and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.Other Requirements This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.
