Role Description We are seeking a Project Geologist for a contract, hybrid role based in Vancouver, BC, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Project Geologist will oversee and participate in geological fieldwork, including mapping, sampling, and drilling activities. Responsibilities include planning geological surveys, logging core samples, conducting geophysical surveys, and providing technical advice for exploration and development initiatives. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is essential to ensure project success, along with ensuring safety and compliance with environmental and regulatory standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Field Work, including site assessments, sampling, and data collection for exploration projects Experience with Logging and Geological Mapping techniques, including rock and core analysis Knowledge of Geophysics and its application in mineral exploration Experience with Drilling operations and related technologies Strong understanding of gold deposit models and related geological settings Ability to analyze and interpret geological data effectively Bachelor''s degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within a multidisciplinary team Proficiency in GIS and geological modeling software is an asset Must be eligible to work in Canada and open to field assignments in remote locations
