Director of Operations / Integrator If you are someone who builds systems, drives execution, and wants to play a central role in a growing company - we want to hear from you. Second-in-command role - building the system, running the operation West Island, Montreal On-site Starting at $80,000+ (based on experience) Reports directly to Founder This is not a typical operations role. This is a second-in-command position inside a growing product-based company operating across ecommerce, manufacturing, and fulfillment. Featured on Dragons Den , the company has strong traction and is entering its next phase of growth. We are now looking for someone who can build structure, lead operations, and ensure the business runs smoothly - without constant founder involvement. This is not a startup-from-scratch situation. There is already an established, hands-on team in place, including: Production Packaging Shipping support The business is running. Whats missing is structure, systems, and operational leadership above it all. Thats where you come in. The Role You will work directly with the founder to: Bring structure to a growing business Build systems that scale Be accountable for operational performance and execution Your mission: -Make the business run without the founder being in the middle of everything. What Youll Be Responsible For: Operations & Production Stabilize and optimize production workflows Build and maintain SOPs Identify and eliminate bottlenecks Oversee warehouse and production flow Inventory & Supply Chain Implement forecasting and reorder systems Manage suppliers and purchasing cadence Prevent stockouts and excess inventory Fulfillment & Logistics Ensure orders are processed and shipped efficiently Optimize Shopify and Amazon fulfillment Manage returns and courier relationships Customer Experience Ensure inquiries are handled professionally Build simple, scalable support systems Reduce unnecessary escalations Team Coordination Run weekly operational meetings Track priorities and execution Establish clarity around roles and accountability Reporting: Provide a clear weekly snapshot: Revenue Production output Inventory risks Operational issues What Success Looks Like Operations run smoothly without daily founder involvement Inventory is predictable and controlled Orders ship accurately and on time Problems are resolved before they escalate The business becomes structured, stable, and scalable Who You Are You think in systems, not tasks You take responsibility and follow things through to completion You bring structure to growing environments You stay calm under pressure and make decisions You dont wait - you build, improve, and fix whats broken Experience in ecommerce, operations, manufacturing, or supply chain is valuable - but mindset and leadership maturity matter more.
