This is a hands-on role within a small, private office environment, ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work, and is seeking a long-term position. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing investments, banking relationships, accounting functions, and overall office operations. Key Responsibilities: Banking & Financial Management Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and financing arrangements Handle day-to-day banking, wires, and financial transactions Accounting & Bookkeeping Perform and oversee QuickBooks accounting (AP/AR, invoicing, reconciliations) Maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities Coordinate with external accountants for reporting, compliance, and tax filings Executive & Administrative Support Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments Handle incoming calls and email correspondence professionally Book travel and accommodations as required Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations Office Management & Operations Maintain organized filing systems and office records Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations in a small office environment Support special projects and ad hoc requests as needed This is an in person position Salary 70-85K QuickBooks is a must!
