Position Title: Program Manager NonIT Duration: 12 months Extension Possible: Yes Conversion Possible: Yes Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada Model: Hybrid (Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. 5 p.m.) Anchor Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Summary of DaytoDay Responsibilities Attend various project, change, and communication meetings Develop and create materials and documentation Coordinate across teams and support multiple project streams Key Responsibilities Change Strategy & Planning Conduct audience analysis and role-based impact assessments across impacted teams. Establish and socialize RACI/DACI for Workforce Intelligence with Squads and People Analytics. Build reinforcement plans and behavior sustainment tactics post-implementation. Communications & Engagement Develop and coordinate communications and key messages for review; manage associated channels including AMAs and FAQs. Build communications assets (FAQs, Viva Engage posts, slide decks) and manage distribution lists. Lead leader communications and training enablement (talk tracks, leader guides, briefing packs as needed, in conjunction with Global Comms). Coordinate communication assets; manage the change champions network. Drive content production, logistics, and administrative coordination across projects. Training & Readiness Design and deliver training programs; develop job aids, SOP updates, and quick-reference guides in partnership with GFT and ETS. Build and administer readiness surveys; analyze results to inform corrective actions. Support measurement needs including survey builds and attendance tracking. Adoption, Measurement & Hypercare Track adoption metrics and sentiment; collect and analyze readiness data. Maintain issue/risk logs and implement corrective actions based on feedback. Provide hypercare support and issue triage; ensure frontline support and escalation pathways. Maintain change artifacts, dashboards, and trackers; ensure accuracy and timeliness. Operational Excellence Handle logistics, data, and content production at scale across three concurrent projects. Coordinate cross-functional activities and cadence (stand-ups, reviews, stakeholder touchpoints). Perform other administrative duties assigned, including tracking project statuses, building comms and maintaining project documentation.
