As a manager, you are an example of excellence, knowledge, and results for your entire team. Trade-oriented, you have a perfect command of sales techniques, are able to identify the expectations of our customers and be able to efficiently manage orders & customer order tracking. Be an active participant in the service offered by Iris Galerie (greeting customers, presenting the concept, shooting, editing, supervising, etc.) Daily analysis of results: dashboards and indicators. - Identify causes of business slowdown, revenue decline and loss and propose action plans Recruit, train, integrate, evaluate staff and support their professional development. - Define your teams objectives, support your actions towards achieving them. - Ensure the application of the regulations in place (health, safety, procedures, etc.) and legal displays.
