A leading name in the Construction Building Envelope business, specializing in Roofing, Waterproofing, Glazing, and Architectural Cladding Systems are seeking a Cladding Project Manager.Some duties, but not limited to,Lead end-to-end management of cladding, glazing, and building envelope projectsCollaborate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and installers to ensure smooth executionInterpret and work with blueprints, shop drawings, contracts, and engineered documentsDevelop and maintain accurate project forecasts, budgets, and schedulesCoordinate procurement, material deliveries, and subcontractor activitiesOversee project documentation and ensure alignment with construction workflowsWhat You Bring to the Team:Proven experience in architectural cladding, building envelope, or glazing systemsPMP Program (preferred)RCABC Certification (asset)Deep understanding of construction contracts, documentation workflows, and the full project lifecycleDemonstrated ability to forecast project costs and manage budgets with accuracy and confidenceProficient in Excel, Word, Adobe, and platforms like CAD, SketchUp, and Jonas
