Position Summary As a Site Administrator, you will lead with compassion and integrity, ensuring highquality, residentcentered care. Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, you will oversee all aspects of resident care, safety, and quality of life, while managing the operational budget and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. The Site Administrator will: - Model the organizations mission, vision, and values, consistently representing Covenant professionally and positively - Collaborate effectively as a professional team player, supporting the achievement of Covenants mission, vision, and values - Engage and mobilize teams to fulfill Covenants mission, vision, values, and strategic objectives Key Responsibilities - Lead and support care and hospitality teams to deliver exceptional care - Engage and mobilize teams to achieve strategic objectives - Ensure compliance with all standards and regulations - Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment - Manage the site operational budget and resources effectivelyOther duties as assigned Leadership Qualities - Inspire and Motivate: Lead with vision and integrity - Empower Teams: Foster accountability and professional growth - Collaborate: Promote teamwork and inclusion - Communicate: Maintain open and transparent dialogue - Adapt: Demonstrate flexibility and resilience Qualifications - Bachelors degree in healthcare or a related field - 5 years of experience in a continuing care setting - 5 years of experience in a leadership position, in healthcare (multidisciplinary teams) - Strong interpersonal skills and professional judgment - Knowledge of provincial continuing care legislation and standards - Experience with healthcare information systems - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Compassionate, professional, and residentfocused approach - Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team - Strong problemsolving and timemanagement skills - Adaptable in a fastpaced care environment - Experience working in a unionized environment Why Join Us Covenant Care offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, along with opportunities for professional growth.
