In this role, you will contribute to a global platform that spans over 200 countries and processes more than 39 currencies. Youll tackle complex challenges in cloud computing and data storage, ensuring our services remain reliable and available around the clock to support the entire selfserve purchasing flow for the SurveyMonkey suite. Working within a datadriven culture, you will collaborate closely with product managers and designers to streamline checkout and pricing experiences through rigorous A/B testing and usercentric design. Youll leverage a modern tech stackincluding Python, React, and Dockerto build a scalable payments platform that directly optimizes our global growth. What youll be working on - Work with architect to understand the design and develop APIs and backend applications - Develop frontend website features - Work with crossfunctional teams - Ensure responsiveness and scalability of applications - See through a project from conception to finished product - Meet both technical and consumer needs - Develop solutions in AWS platform for billing applications - Perform production releases and be part of oncall support Wed love to hear from people with - 3+ years of experience in application development on both frontend and backend - Proficiency with serverside languages such as Python - Proficiency with relational databases. - Good problemsolving skills - Familiarity with ecommerce/payments applications - Familiarity with A/B testing - AWS certification - Experience in developing multilingual websites that support localization and globalization - You enjoy staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages SurveyMonkey believes inperson collaboration is valuable for building relationships, fostering community, and enhancing our speed and execution in problemsolving and decisionmaking.
