Work Arrangement On Site Compensation We are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation. The hourly pay range for this position is $22.70 $23.20. Individual pay within this range is determined by several compensable factors. About the Role The PSS Support Associate is responsible for supporting the processes and systems related to servicing our customers and supporting our sales and service staff. They will provide both administrative and analytical support and will develop our analytical and reporting capabilities to provide insights into key trends and performance indicators. Key Responsibilities Performs daytoday administrative tasks such as maintaining files and processing paperwork Coordinates and arranges meetings (booking meeting rooms, arranging catering, and assisting with agenda preparation and meeting minutes) Processing of incoming orders, accepting POs, in Oracle and validating customer information, orders and purchase order details Enter customer quotes in Salesforce and update customer accounts Enter item data for all new parts assigned to Toronto PSS Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and adjustments, and Kanban management Ordering of components to maintain required inventory levels Prepares and transports small parts to shipping as required Performing, receiving and shipping transactions in Oracle Responsible for the Returned Material Authorization (RMA) process, including arranging pickups of RMA''s from customers May be required to operate a forklift and other material handling equipment Receiving of incoming materials, processing associated paperwork, and data entry Picking, packing and shipping of product Place inventory in designated locations What Youll Need to Succeed Is currently enrolled in a postsecondary Electrical Engineering program Excellent organizational, prioritization, problemsolving and multitasking skills Must be adaptable to changing business needs A team player with high level of dedication Proactive and resourceful Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have a high attention to detail Physical Effort Normal or frequent minor physical effort required for the daytoday activity in the workplace. May involve standing, sitting, walking, climbing stairs and lifting/moving/using objects or equipment up to 20 lbs. Work Environment Acceptable working environment with minor or almost no disagreeable or challenging working conditions as part of everyday expected levels (all jobs will occasionally experience undesirable or disagreeable events).
