Supports the development of processes and systems that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement in inventory management. Collaborates with crossfunctional teams to drive customer satisfaction, ensure product availability, and support operational excellence. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Analyze Fill Rates and Inventory Values to balance customer service with inventory investment while meeting established KPIs Review, validate and adjust inventory planning attributes using Syncron SaaS, Oracle, or other related systems Establish inventory levels and planning parameters for parts supporting new bus models or builds Interpret contracts and bids to create or update stocking strategies that fulfill contractual requirements Evaluate market conditions and forecasts to reset and optimize inventory parameters Maintain itemlevel data including supersession codes, stock codes, planning comments, and additional product attributes Apply standardized templates and planning parameters to newly created parts Participate in risk reviews related to high risk of obsolescence or nontraditional sales items and recommend appropriate actions Support the development and implementation of inventoryrelated initiatives, including system upgrades, distribution network changes, VMI programs, and other strategic projects Support special projects as assigned. Perform other duties as required to support departmental and organizational goals Requirements WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: APICS/CPIM certification or equivalent Supply Chain Planning education Product forecasting and DRP expertise, including demand planning and replenishment Experience in statistical analysis, planning, and DRP within a multidistributioncenter environment Knowledge of aftermarket automotive product and planning is an asset Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel; experience with Oracle is an asset Excellent communication abilities, combined with solid business analytics and organizational skills Benefits WHY JOIN OUR TEAM: Competitive Wages.
