Reporting into the General Manager, this position is responsible for the Ramp Health and Safety program for the unit and further responsible for auditing and controlling of the ramp safety processes including preventative and corrective action measures. The Ramp Supervisors role is to demonstrate knowledge of proper ramp usage, safety, security and demonstrate leadership skills, leading by example. Supervisor must have planning skills and be responsible to assist with scheduling ramp agents. Assist General Manager by overseeing, coordinating and participating in all activities related to ramp operations. Training new hires is a key objective of this role.
