Network Administrator SaintApollinaire (Fulltime, 39 hours per week, MondayFriday, potential remote opportunities) Groupe PROFAB invites experienced IT professionals to join our team in the role of Network Administrator. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Windows servers, VMware environments, and network infrastructure. Responsibilities Administer, maintain, and optimize Windows servers (2019 and later) and VMware ESX environments (8.0 and later). Diagnose and resolve Level2 and Level3 incidents related to network and server infrastructure. Manage system configurations, monitor performance, and plan capacity. Participate in the evolution of the network architecture and manage infrastructure projects such as migrations, virtualization, and cloud deployments. Automate recurring tasks using automation tools. Ensure data security, backups, and recovery procedures. Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee service availability and performance. Contribute to technical support activities. Desired Experience and Qualifications Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Minimum of1years experience in a similar role. Excellent knowledge of Windows Server (2019 or later), Veeam Backup, Active Directory, and Microsoft365 environment. Good knowledge of VMware ESX, vCenter, and HyperV. Familiarity with networking and SonicWall switches/routers. Strong ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Functional English (spoken and written), as the role requires communication across Quebec and Ontario teams; bilingual ability is an asset.
