Hiring Manager Collaboration: Lead intake meetings to understand department needs and define candidate profiles. EndtoEnd Recruitment: Create engaging job descriptions, screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate panel schedules. Campus Presence: Attend and help facilitate career events at various postsecondary institutions across Ontario. School Relations: Act as a point of contact for partnered schools to maintain strong talent pipelines.
