Turn 17 delivers premium motorsports experiences including trackside support, race series coordination, performance parts and tire sales, and driver development across Western Canada. The Role The Motorsports Support & Sales Coordinator (MSSC) is the primary customerfacing role at Turn 17 Garage. You are the connector between drivers, race operations, parts suppliers, and sales. Your mission: deliver a seamless, professional, premium experience at every touchpoint from the paddock to the parts counter. You will report directly to the General Manager. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for customers booking trackside and race support Build and maintain strong, longterm customer relationships Represent Turn 17 professionally at all track events Manage onsite hospitality (snacks, refreshments, paddock presence) Act as a brand ambassador for Turn 17 Garage Assist in coordinating trackside support operations Ensure customers understand schedules, expectations, and support offerings Support drivers with logistics, communication, and nontechnical needs during events Manage parts ordering from request through delivery Coordinate tire ordering and logistics Communicate pricing, timelines, and expectations clearly and accurately Organize series schedules and manage registrations Track race results and maintain points standings Communicate updates and standings to participants Support vehicle sales activities Coordinate demos and test drives Assist with lead qualification and followup Bonus Skill Provide driver coaching and feedback (if qualified) Who This Role Is For This is a handson, trackenvironment role.
