Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. This physical, fastpaced, indoor/outdoor position involves delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow the existing customer base by upselling and crossselling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Requirements Qualified candidates must meet provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs., including providing a valid, full, unrestricted drivers license before the first day of employment. Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position. High school diploma, GED, or military service. Strong customer service orientation.
