Role Description This is a fulltime, onsite role for an Practice Experience & Business Coordinator located in Oakville, ON. This is not a traditional front desk position. It is a growthtrack role supporting centre operations, systems development, practice member experience, product distribution, community outreach, and brand visibility. This position is designed as a pathway toward a future Operations Manager role for the right candidate. You will help the centre run smoothly so our practitioners can focus on delivering innovative, neurodevelopmentally informed care that optimizes life expression for every practice member we serve. Key Responsibilities Centre Operations & Practice Member Experience Oversee scheduling and daily flow across disciplines Support onboarding of new practice members Maintain organization and operational clarity Ensure excellence in communication and professionalism Create a welcoming environment for all ages Baby Boom Creations Distribution Manage inventory and product fulfillment Coordinate packaging, shipping, and tracking Improve organizational systems Support scaling of product delivery Community Events & Outreach Coordinate logistics for workshops and community events Organize materials and communication Support visibility and engagement initiatives Social Media & Brand Support Comfortable participating in social media as appropriate Assist with light content capture and event visibility Support brand presence across platforms Systems & Growth Follow and refine standard operating procedures Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions Strengthen operational clarity Prepare for expanded leadership responsibilities What Success Looks Like in 6 Months Confidently manage daily centre flow with minimal oversight Improve at least 23 key operational systems Strengthen Baby Boom Creations distribution processes Support social media visibility comfortably Create noticeable ease for practitioners and practice members Demonstrate readiness for expanded operational leadership Schedule Fulltime position Some early mornings and/or evenings Some Saturday mornings as needed Occasional evening or weekend availability for community events, educational workshops, or training opportunities Compensation & Growth Base salary range: $42,000$50,000 annually, based on experience and demonstrated capability. Performancebased bonus opportunities available. This role is designed as a growth pathway into a future Business and Operations Manager position, with expanded leadership and compensation opportunities as the organization scales.
