We are looking for an eCommerce marketing manager that can drive sales growth through retail marketing and paid advertising. The preferred candidate will be managing PPC and DSP campaigns across different clients and ecosystems, but primarily Amazon Advertising. The preferred candidate will not only need to be an expert in managing PPC campaigns but also have full knowledge of their brand partners, product catalogue, and also be able to build excellent client relationships with your key contacts. Our core values; Integrity in all we do Passion & creativity every day People first Give back One team The Role: We are seeking a candidate who can support and execute online sales initiatives through PPC advertising, with a focus on improving visibility, ROAS, and other core performance KPIs. The role requires handson experience with SEO, PPC, and DSP campaign management. This position is primarily focused on Amazon Advertising, with additional exposure to other PPC and retail media platforms. The individual will be responsible for managing retail media advertising campaigns for our partners by aligning with established strategies and executing key advertising initiatives. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and manage advertising campaigns across multiple eCommerce and advertising platforms, supported by regular reporting, optimization, and business review cycles. The role will also contribute performance insights that help inform ongoing growth and strategy discussions. Responsibilities: Work in collaboration with our Digital Retail Director, Brand Managers, and other stakeholders in a crossfunctional role Develop, budget, and execute robust PPC advertising plans for brand partners that drive online sales and align to partners marketing objectives. Manage the daytoday execution and optimization of PPC advertising campaigns across retail media platforms (e.g., Amazon Ads, Criteo, Walmart Connect) Manage advertising relationships on behalf of brand partners with retail media groups. Prepare regular and adhoc performance reports, highlighting key results, trends, and optimization opportunities Monitor, analyze, and update campaigns to ensure alignment with advertiser goals and target KPIs Contribute to adhoc initiatives such as publishing and optimizing A+ content, copy, and assets for PDPs and brand stores Attend and contribute to meetings with brand partners and retail stakeholders, providing performance updates and insights Qualifications: Postsecondary education is required. A marketing or advertising focus is preferred. Fluent in written and spoken English with strong business communication skills is required. French is an asset. 2+ years of proven experience managing PPC advertising on Amazon Ads platform. Experience with other Canadian retail media is an asset. Certifications are an asset. Experience using 3 rd party Ads tools such as Trellis, Perpetua, Helium10, or Jungle Scout, is required. Strong Microsoft Office skills, with advanced Excel experience including data manipulation, pivot tables, and customized reporting Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data sets and translate insights into clear recommendations Selfmotivated and eager to learn, with the ability to work through complex performance and optimization challenges Comfortable participating in client meetings and discussing performance with executives and stakeholders Strong timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently within a collaborative team environment You identify with our core values.
