Executive Director Health, Education, Social & Community Services and Membership Organizations Senior Homecare By Angels is seeking an Executive Director to lead our organization. The role involves strategic management, operational oversight, and stakeholder engagement in a dynamic health and social services environment. Responsibilities Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs. Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions. Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs. Represent the organization, or delegate representatives, to act on behalf of the organization in negotiations or official functions. Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate authority and create optimum working conditions. Supervision More than 20 people, including working groups, committees, staff across various areas of responsibility, and contractors. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field. 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in health, education, social or community services. Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Flexibility, judgement, organization, teamplayer mindset, values and ethics. Computer & technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word. Employment Details Location: Stoney Creek, ON L8G 1E5 (Onsite) Salary: $75.00 per hour (30 hours per week). Terms: Permanent, Fulltime. Starts ASAP. Vacancies: 1.
