Job Description

A busy Hamilton-based team is looking for aClaims Lodgement Administratorto jump in and support the claims intake/lodgementfunction. This is a6-week temporary assignmentfor someone whos fast, accurate, and comfortable working in a high-volume, process-driven environment. Location:Hamilton Hours:Monday to Friday,8:30am 5:00pm What youll be doing Lodging new claims and supporting documents into the claims system Checking information is complete and correctly categorised before processing Indexing/attaching documentation to the right records and maintaining clean audit trails Managing a workflow/queue and working to daily turnaround expectations Flagging exceptions or missing information and following the correct process to resolve Supporting the wider team with general administration as required What were looking for Strong administration experience (high volume, deadline-driven) Fast and accurate data entrywith excellent attention to detail Confidence juggling multiple systems/screens and actioning shared inboxes/queues Clear written communication and a process-focused mindset Able to start quickly and commit to the full 6-week assignment Desirable (but not essential) Experience in insurance claims, banking operations, or similar regulated environments Exposure to claims or document management systems Apply now If youre available for a6-week temp assignment in Hamiltonand enjoy structured, accuracy-focused work, wed like to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
