What Youll Do Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality in mind to achieve On Time delivery to customers. Pack orders with attention to detail including distinguishing between similarly named products, exact quantity, correct product codes. Ensure that products picked are of the highest quality (e.g., no damaged products, freshest product selection). Correctly document and label all orders through interpretation and understanding of documentation including pick slips, packaging details, shipping labels, etc. Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a spaceefficient manner while still ensuring product quality standards are maintained. Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and offer service including supporting issues to resolution. Ensure strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, including maintaining a clean and hygienic work area, immediate cleanup of all spills and debris, and ensuring all totes are clean and void of debris before packing; operate material handling equipment safely and conduct preinspection checks. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, efficiencies, customer satisfaction, safety, working conditions and quality standards; demonstrate flexibility in completing/adjusting to work assignments based on customer requests and meeting daily delivery schedules. Pay The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $17.75, with the actual rate determined based on relevant experience. Le taux horaire minimum pour ce poste dbute 17,75$.
