The Opportunity Fittes is building a modern home improvement brand that combines thoughtful product design with a better customer experience. Our directtoconsumer channel is a core growth driver, and the Shopify storefront sits at the center of it. We are hiring an eCommerce Manager to own that engine. This role is for someone who wants real ownership of digital revenue, not just dashboards and recommendations. You will lead the daytoday performance of the Shopify storefront and manage a highimpact team across ecommerce analytics, lifecycle and CRM, digital merchandising, and customer experience. Your focus is simple: continuously improve the entire funnel from landing page to checkout to postpurchase. You will work closely with paid media, brand, CX, and marketplace teams to ensure acquisition, onsite experience, and retention are aligned. This is a handson management role. You will guide strategy and also stay close to execution by running experiments, improving the site, and ensuring the team delivers against performance goals. Have a track record of improving conversion and ecommerce performance. You can point to specific, measurable results youve driven through testing and optimization. Are fluent in ecommerce data. You use tools like GA4, Shopify Analytics, and heatmapping platforms to identify issues and prioritize what matters. Understand how the full funnel connects. You can work across paid media, CRM, CX, and onsite experience to improve overall performance, not just one piece of it. Are technically capable enough to move quickly. You dont need to be a developer, but you can make light edits or confidently work with developers using Liquid, HTML, or JavaScript. Have experience working crossfunctionally and keeping execution aligned across brand, design, and marketing teams. Have managed external partners or agencies and know how to hold them accountable to outcomes, not just activity. Bring structure and accountability to how work gets done.
