Corporate Accounting Analyst Summary: The Corporate Accounting Analyst is responsible for the accounting, including booking and payment, of corporate expenses and financial transactions, monitoring and ensuring proper funding of the bank balances, monthly and quarterly reconciliations, expense analysis and budgeting as well as other accounting and administrative functions. This positions duties will include, but not be limited to the following: Verifying and paying corporate expenses and transactions Verifying and making claims payments Monitoring bank balances on a daily basis with weekly cash flow reports Monthly bank accruals and reconciliations Quarterly reconciliations of unearned premium and outstanding loss reserves Providing support for certain administrative tasks Monitoring and analysis of expenses including quarterly analysis of travel and entertainment expenses Preparation of expense budgets and forecasts Preparation of quarterly expense accruals Act as a back up for other functions within Finance Other duties as required What you will need: Minimum of 3 years prior experience working in an accounting department Strong knowledge of accounts payable concepts and basic accounting functions Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with others, both internal and external and a good team player. Good written and verbal communication skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills, superior attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency across the full Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and Copilot Ability to meet time sensitive deadlines and produce accurate reports. Perform other related duties as necessary.
