The Site Superintendent will oversee all aspects of commercial and light industrial building construction projects in Edmonton. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities Manage daytoday operations on commercial and light industrial building construction sites. Supervise and coordinate onsite teams, subcontractors, and trades to ensure smooth workflow. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Monitor compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment. Review and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards. Resolve onsite challenges and provide solutions to maintain project timelines. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients and management teams. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial and light industrial building construction, specifically with complex renovation / retrofits involving demolition components and occupied commercial space Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Exceptional problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities. Strong software application skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Job Offer Competitive annual salary ranging from $130,000 to $150,000 CAD.
