This is a strong fit for someone with 8+ years of experience who still enjoys being close to the technical work, rather than sitting purely in a clientfacing or relationshipled remit. They are open to speaking with people who can both lead technical reviews and cosign work, as well as those who are more purely technical specialists. The key is depth, credibility, and a willingness to stay close to the detail. Winnipeg is the priority location for this hire, though there is flexibility to consider strong individuals in Ottawa, Toronto, or Edmonton. While there is some flexibility around working arrangements, this is a team that places real value on inperson collaboration, so candidates who are happy to be in the office on a hybrid basis will be especially well received.
