About the Engagement Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a multiyear modernization initiative focused on improving housing program delivery. The consultant will work as part of a digital modernization program, supporting enterprise system transformation, business architecture improvements, and delivery of digital services. Scope Gather, document, and validate business, stakeholder, and solution requirements. Facilitate workshops and interviews with crossministry and vendor teams. Support solution design, data migration, integrations, and enterprise system enhancements. Detailed requirements documentation, process maps, user stories, and business rules. Functional specifications and workflow diagrams aligned with modernization objectives. UAT test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria packages. Updated business architecture artifacts and traceability matrices. Must Have 15+ years of seniorlevel business analysis experience in complex enterprise environments. Demonstrated experience in digital transformation and enterprise system implementations. Strong background supporting integrations, data migration, and system modernization. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable CRM/case management platforms. Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and crossfunctional communication skills. Nice to Have Exposure to ERP integrations (e.g., 1GX) or large publicsector platforms. Experience producing business intelligence/reporting requirements. Security Clearance Required.
