The Sr Manager of Treten Aftermarket is responsible for leading Kubotas strategic aftermarket initiative focused on the development, growth, and execution of the Treten valuetiered aftermarket portfolio (Good / Better / Best). This position has full P&L responsibility , commercial ownership, and final decisionmaking authority for Tretens product strategy, supplier partnerships, and program execution across all aftermarket product categories. This leader will drive a globally integrated approach to aftermarket product development, supplier qualification, eCommerce program expansion, and portfolio optimization while ensuring strict alignment with Kubota brand standards, dealer network expectations, and safety/compliance guidelines. The Sr Manager will oversee and guide engineering, supplier quality, procurement alignment, eCommerce strategy, and broader crossfunctional coordination to achieve profitable growth, rapid timetomarket, and sustained customer satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws / regulations and the Companys policies, procedures and guidelines: Strategic Leadership & P&L Ownership Own full P&L accountability for the Treten Aftermarket business. Establish and execute Tretens Good / Better / Best (OEM) product tiering strategy. Build longterm aftermarket growth plans aligned with Kubotas global business objectives. Drive portfolio profitability through strategic pricing, sourcing, product mix, and margin optimization. Monitor performance KPIs (financial, quality, supplier metrics, launch timeliness, warranty trends). Direct the selection, prioritization, and commercialization of aftermarket parts and components. Oversee development of Treten-specific performance tiers, specifications, and validation approaches. Approve final product performance levels, commercial readiness, and riskmitigated launch decisions. Ensure alignment with brand protection, safety requirements, regulatory compliance, and dealer expectations. Supplier Strategy, Sourcing, and Technical Alignment Develop and maintain strong global supplier relationships with emphasis on quality, cost, innovation, and delivery. Oversee supplier development programs and ensure technical, manufacturing, and quality alignment with Treten standards. Support negotiation, sourcing decisions, and longterm supplier strategy with Procurement and KTC supplier quality teams. Guide suppliers on aftermarket product requirements, technical specifications, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. CrossFunctional Leadership & Program Execution Lead crossfunctional teams including Engineering, Supplier Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, eCommerce, Warranty, and Parts Operations. Ensure Treten operations meet aggressive 36-month timetomarket targets. Align closely with KTC Engineering, KTC Service QA leadership, and the Assistant Director of Engineering to ensure proper technical governance. Drive alignment with Kubota dealer channel expectations, policies, and aftermarket business models. eCommerce & Digital Program Development Oversee Treten aftermarket digital strategy including cataloging, online merchandising, and eCommerce enablement. Ensure product data, imagery, fitment info, and crossreferences meet modern digital commerce requirements. Partner with Marketing and Digital teams to optimize online customer experience and conversion. Warranty, Quality, and Field Performance Oversight Monitor field performance and warranty trends for Treten products.li> Make final decisions regarding corrective actions, supplier escalations, and product updates. Ensure the voice of the customer feeds directly into product improvements and supplier accountability. People Leadership & Organizational Development Lead a multidisciplinary team including engineering, product managers, supplier quality, and aftermarket specialists. Mentor, coach, and develop highperformance talent focused on datadriven decisions, technical discipline, and operational excellence. Foster a culture of speed, accountability, continuous improvement, and crossfunctional collaboration. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, AND TRAINING: Bachelors degree in Business, Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, or related field required. MBA or advanced business/technical degree preferred. SKILLS AND BACKGROUND: Minimum 10 years of experience in aftermarket parts, supplier development, product management, or related commercial/technical leadership roles. Demonstrated progression of responsibility and business acumen leading to P&L or major program ownership. Deep industry background in aftermarket parts: Quality and validation processes Global Sourcing eCommerce and dealer support programs Strong understanding of Kubota or similar OEM dealer-channel requirements for aftermarket product distribution. Proven track record of delivering profitable growth and operational excellence. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and crossfunctional communication skills. Ability to manage complex global supplier ecosystems and technical commercialization processes. Strong analytical and financial skills to interpret P&L drivers, margins, and market dynamics.
