Through corporate gifting, B2B e-commerce, and emerging distribution channels, we move Indigenous goods at a scale never seen before, building supplier capacity, strengthening supply chains, and expanding economic opportunity. We operate at the nexus of traditional values and modern commerce, translating relationship-based Indigenous business practices into credible, scalable procurement and partnership models for todays institutions. Our clients include corporations, governments, First Nations, nonprofits, and institutions seeking procurement and gifting solutions aligned with reconciliation, ESG, DEI, and community investment goals. As Indigenous Box enters its next stage of growth, we are seeking a Chief Revenue Officer or VP of Sales to co-architect and scale our national revenue engine. The Opportunity The Chief Revenue Officer or VP of Sales, is a senior executive role responsible for owning and scaling Indigenous Boxs revenue strategy through long-term, trust-based partnerships. This is a close partnership with the Co-CEOs, working as a thought partner and execution lead to design, test, and scale sustainable revenue models. This role sits at the intersection of Indigenous procurement and supplier diversity pathways; ESG, DEI, and corporate social impact investment; and commercial partnerships and enterprise revenue models. Together, these systems enable Indigenous Box to bridge values and commerce, turning impact alignment into recurring, contracted revenue. This is both a transactional sales role, and a senior commercial leadership position focused on complex partnerships, multi-year agreements, and national-scale growth. Indigenous Box is at an inflection point in its growth. The successful candidate will initially operate as a handson revenue leader, personally closing priority deals while building the systems, partnerships, and team required to scale into a fully developed national revenue function. Core Mandate To own and grow Indigenous Boxs revenue across B2B channels by converting mission aligned partnerships into sustainable, scalable commercial outcomes, while strengthening Indigenous supplier capacity and long-term impact. Revenue Accountability The Chief Revenue Officer or VP of Sales is accountable for Indigenous Boxs revenue performance across corporate gifting, institutional procurement, strategic partnerships, and emerging distribution models. This includes revenue growth, pipeline development, conversion, forecasting, and the longterm sustainability of the commercial model. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Partnerships & Enterprise Revenue Develop and secure multi-year partnerships with corporations, governments, First Nations, nonprofits, and institutions. Position Indigenous Box within reconciliation action plans, ESG strategies, DEI frameworks, supplier diversity programs, and community investment portfolios. Engage senior stakeholders across procurement, HR, ESG, sustainability, community investment, and executive leadership. Structure and negotiate complex agreements that align impact commitments with commercial viability. Convert interest into longterm contracts, gifting programs, procurement agreements, and recurring institutional revenue. 2. Revenue Strategy & Commercial Design Own and evolve Indigenous Boxs B2B revenue strategy and gotomarket approach. Shape pricing, packaging, segmentation, and value articulation for enterprise buyers. Identify and evaluate new revenue streams aligned with Indigenous procurement pathways and crosssector demand. Design partnership models that deepen supplier capacity and measurable economic impact. Balance nearterm revenue delivery with longterm platform and partnership development. Lead annual and multiyear revenue planning in partnership with the CoCEOs, aligning growth targets with operational capacity and supplier readiness. 3. B2B E-Commerce & Digital Revenue Enablement Partner with the VP of Technology to ensure digital channels support enterprise purchasing behaviour. Translate buyer needs into effective digital flows. Determine when online activity should transition into strategic partnership discussions. Ensure a consistent, credible, and trustworthy digital experience for corporate and institutional buyers. 4. Execution, Leadership & Alignment Personally lead and close priority enterprise and institutional deals. Build, mentor, and lead a revenue team as scale demands. Establish clear partnership pipelines, deal stages, and forecasting rhythms. Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Vendor Relations, and Marketing to ensure alignment, capacity, and impact delivery. Represent Indigenous Box externally in seniorlevel engagements, conferences, and negotiations. Establish and maintain disciplined revenue planning, forecasting, and review rhythms. Core Competencies Indigenous Procurement & Supplier Diversity Understanding of Indigenous procurement policies and supplier diversity frameworks. Ability to navigate Indigenous community relationships with cultural awareness and respect. Experience working within corporate and government Indigenous purchasing pathways. ESG, DEI & Corporate Social Impact Experience engaging ESG, DEI, sustainability, or social impact teams. Ability to position offerings within impact budgets, reconciliation plans, and values based procurement strategies. Understanding of impact measurement and reporting expectations. Strategic Commercial Leadership Proven experience structuring and closing complex, multiyear partnerships. Confidence engaging senior executives and decisionmakers across sectors. Ability to translate impact and supplier development into viable commercial agreements. Financial & Commercial Acumen Strong understanding of pricing, margin, unit economics, and deallevel profitability. Ability to model and evaluate complex partnership structures and multiyear agreements. Comfort collaborating with Finance on forecasting, revenue modelling, and longterm sustainability. Ability to balance growth ambition with financial discipline and operational reality. Work collaboratively with Indigenous suppliers, communities, and leaders in ways that are respectful, transparent, and grounded in mutual benefit. This role requires humility, strong listening skills, and a demonstrated ability to operate with integrity in Indigenous contexts, earning trust over time and recognising that sustainable revenue flows from strong, reciprocal relationships.
