RSM is looking for a Senior Associate to join our Finance as a Service team. We focus on emerging company and small business engagements by providing back-office support functions. Changing economies, new accounting policies and evolving tax regulations mean that businesses face an ever-changing business landscape. Responsibilities Perform and oversee fullcycle bookkeeping for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Support monthend and yearend close procedures. Collaborate with clients to resolve accounting issues and improve operational efficiency. Provide accounting, finance and business advisory services to clients. Work closely with team leadership and clients to resolve accounting issues and improve operational efficiency. Provide timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations. Understand RSMs service lines and work as a team in providing an integrated service delivery. Required Qualifications Strong understanding of accounting systems and cloudbased tools. 4+ years of experience working in a fastpaced setting. Ability and willingness to collaborate and work in team settings. Advanced written and verbal communication skills. Firm understanding of general accounting functions. Ability to understand the business objectives, people, and processes with our clients. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Willingness to travel, depending on clients. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a multiple projects environment. Previous client service experience. Experience with QuickBooks Online or Xero. #J-18808-Ljbffr
