As we continue to grow, were looking for an AV Programmer to join our team and help support both new installations and existing client systems. About the Role In this role, youll be responsible for programming and supporting AV control systems across a variety of projects. Youll work on new system deployments while also helping troubleshoot and support systems that are already installed for our clients. Youll collaborate closely with technicians, project managers, and the operations team to ensure systems are programmed properly, tested thoroughly, and running smoothly for the end user. What Youll Be Doing Programming AV control systems for new installations Troubleshooting and supporting existing client systems and service calls Working with platforms such as Crestron and Q-SYS (QSC) Assisting with system commissioning, testing, and deployment Updating and maintaining existing control system programming Providing remote support and occasional on-site assistance when needed Supporting network-based AV systems and helping with system integration Assisting with AV system configuration, including Extron and SOC onboarding What Were Looking For 3+ years of experience in AV programming or AV integration Hands-on experience with Crestron and Q-SYS control systems Strong understanding of AV signal flow and system design Knowledge of networking concepts including routing, switching, and IP-based AV systems Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve problems in real-world environments Someone who communicates well and works effectively as part of a team Nice to Have Q-SYS Level 1 or Level 2 Certification AVIXA CTS / CTS-D / CTS-I If you enjoy working with AV technology, solving technical challenges, and building systems that people rely on every day, wed love to connect. #J-18808-Ljbffr
