Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Manage full-cycle recruiting to hire highquality candidates efficiently Post roles, source talent, and maintain a strong candidate experience Build strong relationships with hiring managers and understand team needs Support employer branding and participate in hiring events Maintain compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and safety standards HR Business Partnering Provide guidance to employees and leaders on HR inquiries Support performance, development, and employee relations conversationsFacilitate onboarding and deliver training sessions Manage Averaging Agreements and assist with workforce planning Conduct stay and exit interviews and track trends Maintain HR metrics and support operational reporting Coordinate the Employee Referral Program What You Bring Skills & Experience Diploma or degree in HR or related field 5+ years HR and/or recruitment experience CPHR designation or current pursuit of designation Strong full-cycle recruiting and interview skills Excellent verbal and written communication Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems Comfortable with training and group facilitation Attributes Organized and able to manage competing priorities Builds trust and communicates professionally Maintains confidentiality and sound judgment Adaptable, receptive to feedback, and committed to continuous learning Reliable attendance and occasional overtime availability This position is open to all qualified applicants who are legally entitled to work in the country in which this job is located.
