MissPoppins is a leading parenting support company connecting families with certified coaches and specialists. We are expanding our provider network and seeking experienced Learning, Special Needs, and Neurodiversity Coaches to deliver virtual one-on-one coaching sessions to our growing client base of parents and families. As a contracted Learning & Special Needs Coach with MissPoppins, you will: Conduct virtual coaching sessions with parents/families matched to your expertise Develop personalized guidance plans based on each familys needs Maintain professional session notes and follow-up recommendations Collaborate with MissPoppins care coordination team as needed Support parents of children with ADHD, autism, sensory processing differences, and learning disabilities Guide families on IEP navigation, school readiness, and academic support strategies Coach on sibling dynamics when one child has special needs Introduce play-based and Montessori learning approaches Provide strategies for families raising multiples Certified/credentialed in your coaching specialty (relevant certifications required) Comfortable delivering virtual sessions via video platform This is an independent contractor role. You set your own schedule and session rates. MissPoppins provides the client referrals, scheduling technology, payment processing, and practice support infrastructure.
