Gain exposure to complex payroll scenarios, including leaves of absence and international payroll operations. Whats a typical day as HR Analyst II? Youll be: Managing end-to-end payroll processes in Workday, including bi-weekly, off-cycle, expatriate payroll, and supporting year-end government payroll filings. Supporting leaves of absence operations, balancing year-end tax slips, handling government filings, and assisting internal/external audits. Providing customized payroll support and year-end reporting for executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and globally mobile employees. Handling reconciliation, tax corrections, cheque reversals, Pier/Variance report actioning, and responding to employee inquiries via ServiceNow. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a minimum of 3 years of Workday experience (essential). Possess strong Canadian payroll tax knowledge, including provincial variations, and have expat payroll exposure (working with partner firms, such as KPMG). Demonstrate advanced Excel skills, strong reporting and analytical abilities, plus excellent communication, attention to detail, and professional presence. Hold (or are pursuing) PCP certification (preferred) and have banking or large enterprise experience (preferred).
