For more information about DCL, visit We are seeking a research scientist on catalyst to join our R&D team. This role involves conducting field tests and onsite commissioning, evaluating catalytic materials, and improving production processes. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across multiple projects and demonstrate solid chemical engineering expertise. Strong analytical skills and the ability to lead projects from concept to execution are essential. The candidate should also be adept at quickly identifying and resolving issues during field trials. As the ideal candidate, you should have a Ph.D. or M.S. degree and an educational background in catalysis. A solid work ethic, honesty, professionalism, and a willingness to adapt and meet deadlines within a changing environment is required. Good communication skills are required along with the ability to work independently or in a team setting. Job responsibilities Participate in experimental design and setup Prepare catalyst samples and perform evaluation in micro-reactor or engine lab. Observe and record testing results, identify and analyze the problems. Analyze and summarize testing results Write technical reports and submit experimental findings Performs other related duties and assignments as required. Business trips to carry out field tests and meet with clients Educational Requirements Ph.D. or M.S. degree in chemical engineering (catalysis). Extensive knowledge on catalyst research and development. Additional Requirements Effective communication skills, both written and oral. Good team player. Enthusiastic and positive.
