Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Project Manager based in Ottawa, ON. The Senior Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Responsibilities include coordinating and managing project timelines, collaborating with team members across disciplines, overseeing inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards. The role also involves managing logistics and expediting materials, as well as fostering communication with stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency. Qualifications Strong experience and skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, and team leadership Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources Knowledge in Inspection standards and practices related to construction and compliance Expertise in Logistics Management for seamless coordination of project materials and schedules Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Effective written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) and experience in the construction industry are an asset
