What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience up to $35/hr Full benefits package Paid vacation Employee appreciation events A stable, supportive environment focused on long-term growth What Youll Do: Set up, operate, and maintain folder/gluer machinery Interpret job tickets and ensure correct materials and tooling are used Perform quality checks throughout production to ensure accuracy, alignment, and glue integrity Troubleshoot machine issues and adjust settings for optimal performance Work closely with production team to meet timelines and reduce waste Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area What You Bring: 5+ years experience operating folder/gluer equipment (e.g., Bobst, Jagenberg, Vega, etc.) Strong understanding of packaging converting processes Ability to read and follow job specs, layouts, and production sheets Mechanical aptitude and comfort with machine adjustments Attention to detail, strong quality focus, and reliable work habits Desire to build a longterm career with opportunities to grow Shifts Available: Monday to Thursday 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday to Thursday 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM If youre ready to join a company that values your expertise and offers a stable future, wed love to hear from you!
