As a part-time member of the street team, you will represent New Country 100.7 and K96.3 at various events, concerts, and trade shows throughout the year. As our behind the scenes rock star, youll get the chance to work on a wide variety of projects with both radio stations.While no previous promotions or radio experience is required, team members must be motivated, responsible, energetic, and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We also ask you are available for at least one shift per month and okay with min wage salary with some perks.Conduct all activities according to current Public Health and Corporate Health and Safety protocolsProfessional set up of onlocation events, including signage, tents, backdrops, and broadcast equipmentEfficient and timely set up and execution for all eventsAttend and participate in meetings and creative brainstorms as availableBe creative and quick thinking; an opportunity for new ideas can arise at a moments noticeBe the person who knows everything about the radio stations! Not only do you know your stuff, you can talk about it as an enthusiastic brand ambassador for the stations by actively engaging listeners and clientsWork closely with promotions team to build and maintain great relationships and to develop, as a team, an effective streetlevel presence at all eventsSetup and oversee technical equipment at client remotes and livetoairs. Full technical training will be providedGenerate engaging content for all social media platforms including photos and videos for concerts, events and live remotes, maintaining our station brandsEnsure the proper handling and safe storage of promotional signage and equipment along with organizationEnsure proper and safe usage and maintenance of station vehicles; Gas/cleanProvide detailed event wrap reports and ideas on how could we make it betterA valid British Columbia Class5 drivers license and a clean driving record are mandatoryDetail oriented: attention to detail is essential! Thats one thing we cant teachMust have a strong knowledge and understanding of social media platformsFlexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
