By joining our team as a Customer Care Representative, you are joining a team you can count on shares the same goals, passion, and love for animals that you do!PositionWe are seeking a Customer Care Representative to provide superb customer service to the public, including donors and volunteers, and ensure compliance with the Centres policies and procedures. This role handles the day-to-day customer care interactions for the centre including telephone reception, emails, social media, volunteer coordination and more.
