**Job Title: Forklift Operator** **Job Description** As a Forklift Operator, you will spend 50% of your time operating a forklift and the remaining time using an ERP system for manual picking and systematic transactions. You will transition to RF scanning technology, working in various temperature environments including fridges, freezers, and warm rooms. You will follow work orders to prepare for the next day''''s operations, handle heavy lifting of up to 50lbs, and engage in palletizing, shipping, receiving, and loading products onto trailers. Your role will involve moving raw materials and finished products within the warehouse to the shipping doors. **Responsibilities** Operate reach and walkie forklifts for 50% of the time, with the rest dedicated to ERP system use and manual picking. Transition to RF scanning technology. Handle ingredients in various temperature environments including fridges, freezers, and warm rooms. Follow work orders to prepare for next day operations. Lift and palletize items weighing up to 50lbs. Participate in shipping, receiving, and loading products onto trailers. Move raw materials and finished products within the warehouse. **Essential Skills** Reach and Walkie forklift certification. Material handling, picking, loading, and general labor skills. Experience with shipping and receiving. Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly.
