**Quality Manager** **Location:** Bath, Kingston As our company continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and proactive **Quality Manager** to build and lead an inu2011house quality control team at our main production facility. This role is key to establishing strong quality processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting quality efforts across multiple plant locations. **Responsibilities** Build, expand, and develop the quality control team at the main plant. Travel **2u20133 times per year** to other facilities to implement improvements, support quality initiatives, and assess site performance. Oversee **incoming material inspections** , **inu2011process quality checks** , and **final product inspections** . Lead **root cause analyses** and ensure effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Review production and quality metrics, identifying opportunities for process optimization. Partner directly with customers to address quality concerns and ensure issues are resolved at the plant level. **Essential Skills** **5+ years of leadership experience** in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment. Background in **HVAC equipment production** or **coil manufacturing** . Demonstrated ability to **build and lead a team** and scale departmental capabilities. Strong knowledge of **Six Sigma** , **Lean Manufacturing** , and **FMEA methodologies** . **Additional Skills & Qualifications** **Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt** certification.
